The Service allows Subscribers to submit additional Personal Information to the Service to create a personal profile, post content and share it with other Subscribers.

Car Throttle collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate. Car Throttle does not disclose Personal Information other than as described in this Privacy Policy. Subscribers can always refuse to supply Personal Information, however it may prevent you from engaging in certain parts of the Service. Car Throttle does not share Personal Information obtained from its Subscribers with any third parties (other than partners of Car Throttle in connection with the Service or as provided for in the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy) except where you have given your consent.

We implement and maintain adequate security measures to protect such information stored on our servers and seek to comply with all local rules in respect of storage of data. Car Throttle also seeks to collect no more Personal Information from Subscribers than is required for the purpose for which it is collected. This, in turn, helps reduce the total risk of harm should data loss or a breach in security occur.
